If his son is the top among the competitors for the leadership post, then their nepotism does a good thing.

Mostly the thing to carry stability and continuity in this concept.

Many employers have faced this as a person comes to the last stage of employment and got rejected without a reason because of the presence of recommendations in his competitors’ hands.

That pushes a young, talented person to a crucial stage.
