The Russian health ministry has approved the vaccine.

They have got approval with less than two months of human trails. In this very short period, they have achieved it. some scientists were raising questions such as whether they are considering this as a national prestige issue and making it as fast as possible and added that here safety must be the priority.

Vladimir Putin has reported they have given this vaccine to one of his daughters and he reported that she is good after the shot of the vaccine.

Russia has reported that more than 20 countries have ordered a million od doses of the vaccine.

"Sputnik V" [the word is related to the cold war space race] is the name given to their vaccine.

Sputnik is the first satellite that is launched by the soviet union on October 4, 1957.. [world's first artificial satellite in space]. this was launched in 1957.

The Head of Russia's sovereign wealth fund (Kirill Dmitriev) has reported that the approval of the vaccine feels like the feeling he got at "Sputnik moment" [soviet union]. 

Mass production will be finished at the end of this year. Russia is going to start the third phase, which involves testing vaccines upon thousands of volunteers.

Registration of the world’s first coronavirus vaccine:

Russia [First Country To Produce Covid-19 Vaccine] has 892,654 corona cases. the deaths because of the corona are 15,001. The number of people recovered is 696,681.

Russia’s Plan:

• Beijing Institute of Biological Products and Sino-pharm has created a vaccine. As many countries [an alleged report] has reported that they are responsible for this Coronavirus pandemic, so this vaccine is very, very important for China.

In this vaccine, they use Adenovirus based viral vector. • During APRIL Month Putin was instructed to speed up the process of vaccine production and the process of trails.

• In the first stage, Russia tested 35 people, and in the second phase it tested to 35 people and they tested the third test upon 32 people.

• Oxford vaccine is on the Third-stage-trails and it will test almost 1700 people.

• But Russia has done trails in a short period as to stop and to get rid of this pandemic. They are sure about the vaccine, BUT there are many countries against their path.

Disadvantages or negatives of the Russian vaccine:

• There is an alleged report that they stole the formula [95%] for this vaccine from the U.K.

• There is a question arisen among other countries that the trails were conducted to very few people. How they are sure about its harmful effects on the human body? 

• Russia has reported that there are no side effects of this [World's First COVID- 19 Vaccine] vaccine. If present, they are negligible.

• Those tested people belong to the military. The people who are used in testing a vaccine, they should volunteer themselves into it, they should force no one into it. As most of them are military people other countries are raising a question that whether they are forced for the trails?

INVESTMENTS IN VACCINE:

There are nearly 30 vaccines are prepared in India. A little number of Vaccines are in the stage of trials.

USA has invested nearly $1 billion each in Moderna, J&J, AstraZeneca. Novavax and Pfizer.

If it continues, they can supply 100 to 400 million doses.

European Union also plans to secure 100 to 400 million doses of vaccine from each company.

Germany, Italy, Netherlands, France have formed a coalition in the production of vaccines.

The United Kingdom has pre-ordered nearly 60 million doses from AstraZeneca. They are also planning for an additional 100 million doses from GSK-Sanofi.

Japanese Drug or vaccine manufacturers Daiichi and AstraZeneca has tied up in the production and supply of vaccines to the country.

INDIA vaccine producers Serum Institute of India (SII), Bharat Biotech, Zycus Cadila, Biological E are in progress of making vaccines. SII has tied with AstraZeneca to make vaccines in India.

If vaccines are successful in India then we can produce up to 400 million doses of vaccine by the year-end.
