7. Construction projects in Ecological sensitive areas or borders are banned, but now it is permission for those projects will be permitted.

8. Encumbrance Certificate or EC is a certificate given for a project assuring that the respective property used for the project is free from liable (legal) issues such as an uncleared loan or mortgage land.

As per the old rules, if the project area is above 20,000squaremetre then EC is necessary for further movement of the project, but now EC is necessary only if the project area is above 1,50,000squaremetre.

9. public commentary or opinion is asked in a place (a physical space), but now it can be done in any method (digital mode).

10. The documents will be available in their major languages, but now it is only available in English and Hindi.
